Product Information

When will a specific product be back in stock?

We always aim to have our most popular products in stock. In the case we have sold quicker than expected, we should be able to have products back in stock no later than 3-4 weeks. Please reach out via email for more updated timings.

My order is missing an item

Please send us an email with your order number and what’s missing we will investigate further.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and ApplePay

Do you offer bladder customisation

Yes, we do. We can customise size, shape and fittings to suit your needs. Please note these will take 6-8 weeks from order placement and come with additional costs.

What quality processes do you have in place?

Our suppliers are all ISO9001 certified, and we conduct quality inspections before picking and packing your orders.

How long does shipping take?

Order fulfilment

Orders received before 11AM WST will ship from our Perth warehouse on the same or next business day. Orders received after 11AM WST will ship next business day or in extreme peak periods possibly 2 business days later.

Standard Freight 5 - 7 Days
Express Freight 2 - 3 Days

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Our team moves quickly to ensure orders are shipped out ASAP. If you have just placed the order then please send us an email with your change request detail and we’ll see what we can do.

Whilst it is unlikely that we will be able to make a change in time we will try our best to accommodate.

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship to Australia. Please reach out via email if you are located outside of Australia and are interested in our products.

Do we offer pick-up?

Yes, we offer collection from our warehouse in Perth during the following times:

Mon-Fri: 3pm - 7pm
Sat: 8am - 11am

What is your returns policy?

We offer full refunds for unused products that are resalable and returned in their original condition and packaging.

What is your warranty policy?

Niche Outdoors may offer product warranty. Refer to each product description for details on warranty terms and conditions.

Note all warranties do not cover any repairs needed due to accidents, improper care and use, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

How can I make a warranty claim?

To make a warranty claim, please send an email with your order number, details of the defect, and any supporting photos or videos.
